Privacy notice

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you use an enquiry form on this website, email us or subscribe to our newsletter.

Controllers

The Druska Miltai Vanduo (DMV) venues are run by separate companies. The controller of your enquiry is the company that runs the venue you contact us about:

Sapiegų rūmai and MO Bistro – UAB Paupio duona, company code 305487853;
Paupys and Ogmios – UAB Užupio duona, company code 305589534;
Jasinskio 2 – UAB Tauro kalno duona, company code 307333640;
DMV Bakery – UAB Stabeka, company code 304115953.

Event enquiries, and enquiries that do not name a specific venue, are handled by UAB Paupio duona.

What we process

When you use an enquiry form or email us, we process your name, email address, chosen venue, number of guests, date and your message, plus technical details (the page and language the enquiry came from).

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and offer an event or catering. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

Enquiries are received by our staff who handle them: form enquiries are sent by email to events@druskamiltaivanduo.lt, with a copy to the main DMV mailbox.

These service providers help us: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting) and Google (email; form enquiries are passed to our mailbox by Google Apps Script).

These providers may process data in the United States. Netlify, Inc. and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision; Google also uses the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell your data. We do not use enquiry data for advertising or the newsletter.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last correspondence about them. If an event goes ahead, correspondence is kept as long as needed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address, chosen language, the time you subscribed, confirmed and unsubscribed, the page where you subscribed and the consent wording. The controller for the newsletter is UAB „Paupio duona“.

The purpose is to send DMV news and marketing messages (events, dinners, new bakes, seasonal news). The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Your subscription starts only after you click the confirmation link in our email; without confirmation we send no newsletter.

The subscriber list is kept in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet in DMV’s Google Workspace account, accessible only to authorised DMV managers. Confirmation emails are sent by Google Apps Script (Google). We do not pass your data to other marketing platforms.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Unsubscribe” link in any newsletter or by emailing events@druskamiltaivanduo.lt. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 30 days. A confirmed subscription is kept until you unsubscribe; after that we mark your address as unsubscribed (so we do not write again) and delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email events@druskamiltaivanduo.lt. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

Technical data on this website

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Our hosting provider Netlify processes technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

This notice does not cover table bookings made through Tablein.
